Dr. Al Ahmari is a consultant for more than 5 years in the field of Developmental Pediatrics. She got her bachelor’s degree from King Saud University Hospital Medicine & Surgery Pediatrics Residency Specialty certificate & Arab Board Pediatrics Certificate at 2010, later she completed her clinical fellowship in Developmental Pediatrics from University of Alberta, Canada. She is Registered Circle of Security Parent Facilitator & 1,2,3 magic parenting trainer. Furthermore, she joined Opinion’s Writers’ family at AlWatan Saudi Newspaper.

Dr. Al Ahmari serve as an advocate, trainer for children and families at various governmental sectors especially she is a Professional Life Coach & Guide Certified. Currently, she is working at Ministry of National Guard Health Affairs at Saudi Arabia.

This workshop mainly it will shed the lights on: what is Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), how common are autism spectrum disorders, what other behaviors are common in children with autism spectrum disorders, are there medical problems that go along with an ASD diagnosis, is there a genetic test for autism spectrum disorders, are there medical problems that go along with an ASD diagnosis, does my child need medication, what are common interventions for children with ASD, will my child grow out of the ASD diagnosis, what can I expect for the future, various challenges in behaviors and parenting, questions, answers & counselling.
